Using Bancatel  is as easy as following steps: 

1.        Dial  2258-9191

2.        System shall provide voice instructions on steps to follow for your transaction.

3.        Dial in your identification number and an asterisk(*).

4.        Dial in you Access password and an asterisk (*), you could include same password that you use at ATMs and your BCR debit card.

5.        Dial in the transaction code you want to perform and an asterisk(*)

6.      When indicating transaction, system shall question necessary data to perform it.

Once current transaction is finished, system shall ask if customer needs to make another transaction. If customer wants to finish, just dial asterisk (*) and call shall end.  On the contrary, please proceed to repeat process as of #5 step.
